Our sessions are a combination of exercises to seek what makes you intrinsically HAPPY, what makes you PROUD, your VALUES, and your most important NEEDS. We utilise various techniques, such as exploration, visualisation, introspection, simulations and discussions. We set GOALS, and draw up an ACTION PLAN to achieve your VISION.
It is of paramount importance that we set milestones which are measurable and tangible. From the intake session, we approximate how long we will need to achieve a certain result. This may range from two to ten sessions – but the length of time is always defined.
