Start with an appreciation of your values

The values you possess are indicative of the paradigm in which you view your world.  Each individual may have a different worldview, leaving room for friction, miscommunication and misunderstanding. By understanding yours and others' value paradigms, you can improve your understanding of your own and your colleagues / friends' / life-partner's unique perceptions and motivational drivers. This paves the way for flexible leadership and adaptation to different cultural contexts. 

Develop your understanding of self and tolerance for others by

- Appreciating your own worldview, as well as the uniqueness of others
- Understanding your leadership style, the styles others adopt and how to adjust your approach to different individuals 
- Improving the interpersonal interactions to ensure effectiveness, even in culturally diverse situations 
- Improving your own EQ 
- Demonstrating self-awareness and flexibility 
Why the Holistan Values course?

This interactive course will allow your diverse delegates to learn to understand and 'speak' the same language to promote understanding, appreciation and effectively working together even if they possess completely different worldviews.
