Candice has a Psychology Honours degree from UCT and a
B. Psych (Psychometrics) qualification from UJ.

She is a Registered Psychometrist and Coach, with extensive experience working in Talent Identification, Training and Development.  

Candice is well versed with utilising Psychometric Assessments to empowers individuals reach their full potential by facilitating self-awareness and growth through her coaching approach. She has experience working with people across a variety of ages, cultures, job roles, job levels, industries, and walks of life.
