Benjamin Franklin once said, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” January is notoriously the month where one thinks about their New Year’s Resolutions. However, December may be a more apt time to do as such, because once January rolls over, you’re required to hit the ground running! As you take some time to reflect upon 2015 – your highs and lows – ask yourself: is this year what you expected it to be? Did you achieve all your goals? If not, why not?
