All points accumulated are valid for strictly three months; in other words, from the date of the conclusion of the assignment for the next 90 days.
A voucher will be issued to the client outlining the above.
Points cannot be accumulated and lumped together. Each voucher is equal to a specific discount offer (see below), and can be used for only one booking.
A booking constitutes the booking of a particular assignment or project at one time; this may include multiple services and / or number of candidates.
The discount will be applied to the invoice of a particular booking.
The onus is upon the client to utilise their voucher; Holistan cannot be held liable if Loyalty points are not applied. The client is instructed to manage their points.
The decision to award, retract or dissolve points is strictly upon the prerogative of Holistan and its directors.
2. Our recruitment solution
Placement fee: Agreed upon percentage between client and Holistan, on annual gross salary
**deposits will be subtracted from final amount after successful acceptance of the offer by candidate, full payment is due to Holistan.
The client will be entitled to a credit on their account calculated as follows: 1 – 30 days 75% 31 – 60 days 50% 61 – 90 days 25%
The guarantee period will apply from the commencement of employment, subject to the invoice being paid within fourteen days from date of invoice. Late payments will invalidate the guarantee.
The guarantee period will apply if position is vacated within three months from commencement of employment with the client.
Holistan CC must be notified in writing within seven days of employment termination.
The guarantee shall not apply on termination for reasons of:
1. Redundancy or retrenchment 2. Unfair dismissal 3. Conduct of client amounting to breach of its employment agreement which causes the candidate to resign 4. Non-compliance with provisions of LRA (Labour Relations Act)
Once a client decides against employing a candidate, the client may not act independently and introduce the candidate to any organisation or person. In the event of this happening and the candidate is employed by another organisation or person within one year, as a direct result of such introduction, the client will be liable for full charges and fees.
The client is obliged to pay the above-mentioned fee to Holistan CC in the event of the client employing a person introduced by Holistan CC.
1. Irrespective of whether any other company, division, subsidiary, associate or business of the client, employs the person. 2. If the person is employed by the client at any time within a period of one year from the date of introduction by Holistan CC. 3. Holistan CC must be informed once the candidate is employed as this signifies the client’s acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
3. Professional CV Packages
CVs are provided in PDF format only. This is because we use a design programme and thus we cannot provide you with the documents in Microsoft Word.
Final changes must be done within two weeks of the first draft please!
Please note that the first draft is never the final draft, it is an idea of the final product.
If there are any mistakes on the first draft, you must highlight what you would like changed.
After final draft has been emailed to you, you have 6 months free of charge, to make slight changes. For example, adding a new course you have completed.
Thereafter, you will be charged R 100.00 per year to make changes for the next 12 months.
You cannot have two different drafts of two different templates made (only one template per booking) thus please be sure of the templates you have chosen as this cannot be changed unless a new booking fee is charged for.
You are not bound to the colours and specs of the template you have chosen, as these can be changed as long as you have mentioned this to us.
